Working in fiber and cement in the 1950's and 60's, Willy Guhl was known for his innovative designs of garden ornaments and furniture, the most noted of which was the "handkerchief" or "elephant" shape. While Guhl's planters have been reproduced by many homegoods stores for their beautiful shape and large scale, the originals have a beauty character that cannot be copied. This pair is whitewashed in a gorgeous bright white with patina along the edges. Procured at an estate sale, these planters are sold separately, but we have two in stock.

For in-stock items, please allow 2 days for processing of your order. For furniture and custom-made orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Once available, your item will ship via FedEx Ground or 2-day Express, depending on the customer’s choice at check-out. At check out, rates for both options will be displayed and customer may choose. Chosen shipping costs will be applied to customer total at checkout.
