This antique pitcher was found in an antiques market in the French region of Alsace in the Eastern-most part of the country. Likely used at origin as a cider pitcher for the area's famous sparkling cider, this vessel is beautifully embelishes with a green and loden colored glaze. It would work for a water pitcher for family dinners or as a vessl to hold tulips in spring and wildflowers in summer.
