QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

LEAD TIMES
Most of our products are stocked, but some pieces, including all furniture, are made to order. Refer to each product listing for lead-times, and generally allow 4 weeks for furniture orders.
PAYMENT
We will process your payment once the moment your order is placed, even for special order and products requiring a lead time. For payment questions email us at hello@reedsmythe.com
GIFT WRAPPING
We offer our signature free gift wrapping on all eligible products.. To have your piece gift wrapped, please select the "ORDER NOTES" option when adding an item to your cart. Each Gift Wrapped piece comes wrapped in our custom script tissue and placed in a classic brown box, tied in our signature teal silk ribbon with a Reed Smythe & Co. gift card.
TO THE TRADE
Trade discounts of 10% are offered through our retail shop on furniture and lighting only. Please email us at hello@reedsmythe.com with your resale certificate and we will get back to you within 2 business days. At this time we cannot process trade discounts online.
WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING
White glove shipping is available for most furniture items. If you prefer white glove shipping, please email us at hello@reedsmythe.com immediately after placing your order and we will arrange a quote with one of our preferred carriers.
NASHVILLE SHOP
Our Nashville shop is open located at the Paddock Place shopping center at 73 White Bridge Road. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
