I have a collection of twelve of these stern-faced velvet Santas, and I love the way they stand sentinel over the more whimsical holiday decorations set up around the house. I line them up on a console table in our small sitting room and place colorful glass balls around them to liven up the scene. Their red, blue and green velvet coats and hoods set the holiday mood.
