In my family, shell dishes were the preferred baptism gift, especially if the recipient happened to be a godchild. I have carried on with this tradition in my adulthood, and am always on the hunt for a beautiful antique sterling shell to keep on hand for that purpose. I can remember a time in the 1970s when my parents kept a set of different sized shells on the coffee table to be used as ashtrays. Whatever their use, they are beautiful. 

Each shell sold separately, but the set of six is lovely to have.

Once available, your item will ship via FedEx Ground or 2-day Express, depending on the customer’s choice at check-out. At check out, rates for both options will be displayed and customer may choose.
