Sunbeams crossing a cheerfully painted wooden floor. A simple coverlet on a wood-framed bed, with views of the sea beyond. Mismatched porcelain piled high on open shelves in the kitchen. These houses are places of respite, where the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living are blurred, where their inhabitants can step away from the complexities and frenetic pace of daily existence, if only for a few days. They are havens where memories are made.

Shipping + Returns
Shipping
- In-stock items: Please allow 2–4 days for order processing. Once packed, orders ship via UPS Ground or 2-Day Express based on the option selected at checkout. Rates are shown at checkout.
- Custom furniture: Please allow 6–8 weeks for production and white glove delivery. We will contact to coordinate delivery and to secure the best rate.
- As a small business, we are not able to offer free shipping at this time, but we work hard to secure the best possible carrier rates.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Beyond 10 days, items are not returnable.
- Items must be unused and in original condition. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns made at the customer’s request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged of the wrong item was received. In this case, case we provide a pre-paid return label.
- Exclusions: Seasonal and holiday items, sale items, custom or special orders, antiques, vintage, furniture, one-of-a-kind fine art, and gift cards are final sale.
